If you don’t want a lemon and be $10,000 in debt fixing

If you don’t want a lemon and be $10,000 in debt fixing the car after purchasing stay away from Koncept Motors. Everyone there is dishonest and just wants to take advantage of you , please don’t trust anyone that works there. That sold me a Mercedes with a rim that had been cracked and welded back together, I thought maybe it was a nail but the rim was all beat up after removing the tire and I had to purchase new rim. I had to replace engine mount, transmission mount, struts, and air compressor. They didn’t even change my oil properly, he used the same plug and had oil leaking in my garage. This dealership is a nightmare from the salesman, manager, and the little guy in the office that hangs up in your face because he’s in the wrong. BEWARE, these vehicles are not being inspected and you could end up paying a whole lot of money out of pocket.

Horrible company to do business with.

Horrible company to do business with.. they are dishonest… the price you see is not the price you pay. They add a pack and will not tell you… do not buy their warranties either.. they will not cover absolutely anything. They just take your money.

Intentionally Defrauded a senior citizen

A month ago, my daughter bought a car from Koncept with $500 down payment. Franklin was the salesman. She needed a co-signer. I went in the following day with her to co-sign. The person that was handling the contract bought in the wrong contract and I co -signed and stopped signing when the error was caught. He said we could leave cause everything would be taken care of. So we left without signing my daughter’s contract. A week later we received a slew of rejection letters from different banks. I opened one and it stated that I was the buyer of the car, not my daughter. These people dropped my daughter’s application and drew up one in my name and got ME financed by a bank!! How was that done? They applied my signature electronically to a contract. Downright Frauds!! We were stunned! In the meantime, My daughter is driving a car with faulty headlights and she thinks the car belongs to her. She took the car in twice to be repaired, it wasn’t. She paid for the headlights. I decided to return a car that I never bought and never drove. I returned the car back to the dealership, handed the keys to the sales manager and left it in their possession. I informed the manager, I did not buy the car, I didn’t sign any contract but, of course, he said I’m responsible, they have my signature and now I have to deal with the bank. These people did not only defraud me but also the banks by submitting a falsified contract . This nightmares is not over yet! These people are unashamedly deceptive, dishonest and liars, so low for a sale. Stay Away from Koncept!!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY HERE!

Worst mistake EVER! Initial impression was these are such nice and helpful people. Even had a guy give us a 30 minute spiel on how they treat people like family, they don’t sell junk, their customer service is top notch, blah blah blah. First red flag was finding out you’re forced to pay for a 3K warranty that doesn’t cover anything worth covering. In the middle of signing paperwork, finance guy supposedly got a call from bank stating they needed an additional $300 for the so-called “warranty.” Finance charge was outrageous. Had 14 hard inquiries on my credit report. While looking at the vehicle we discovered the back passenger door wouldn’t open. Handle was broken. They immediately said they would fix it but couldn’t get the part that day. We live 3 hours away. As soon as left the lot, realized a front headlight AND tail light were out. Had to stop by O’Reilly’s to purchase bulbs and fix in parking lot. Discovered back hatch door wouldn’t open while trying to fix tail light. Had to drive back next day because mechanic dropped fuel card under seat. Was told they couldn’t get the door part because power went out at auto parts place but they would replace fuel wasted driving back to return fuel card…didn’t happen. Brought up back hatch, Rico said they would fix. Discovered back driver window not operable, Rico said they would fix. Waited 2 more weeks, still no call about the part. Husband drove there to pick up part to fix himself (which he did), and requested window and hatch parts be shipped to our house. Rico agreed, shook my husbands hand. 2 weeks later we call to see what’s up with parts. Rico says “Dave said we are not spending any more money on this car.” What money?! All they’ve done is buy a part to fix a door handle and didn’t even have to fix it! Asked to speak to Dave, Rico says “he’s not here.” Called from my phone, manager gets on phone and says “Dave no longer works here.” Asked what HIS name was…DAVID. SERIOUSLY?! Says he will see what he can do and call me back. No call back. Still haven’t received plates. These people will scam you, lie to you, sell you junk and steal your money. Wished I had read reviews prior to purchasing from them. Now stuck with car financed at 26% interest that was advertised at almost 10K and ended up being almost 15K after all was said and done. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Great deal and great car.

I have to disagree with the reviews of Koncept motor or, maybe I just luck out, I purchase a 2020 malibu LS back in January of this year and had a wonderful experience with Que the salesman and the finance guy. I don't remember his name, but I traded in my 1995 Honda and got a much better trade in value for it than what other dealers was offering which surprise me. I made may be in for a surprise when it comes to having it service in the future??? I don't know but for now I think that I got a great deal on this car. I have yet to have a problem out of it I feel as if I am driving a 2023 instead of a 2020. I could not be more please. PS. I hated the drive, but it was worth it. Karl Moore. THUMBS UP!!!!

This dealership is a scam! They will sell you a damaged car or a lemon! Will hike the price up ridiculously and will not take any responsibility after lease is signed. Bait and switch. Completely lazy and will put you in vehicles that can put your life in danger. Most of the reviews are fake please check carfax or tell for REAL UNALTERED REVIEWS. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEARTACHE.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. They showed us a filthy car with low tire pressure and ants living it in. Once there they told us not to bother negotiating because they were going to add $5000 to the price. Not only that but while we where looking at the car they ran our credit I just got the letter from the bank listing the company as a completely different company in Pasadena. I only knew it was Koncept because the address was the same. I thought someone had stolen my identity for a minute there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CROOKS!!
