Awesome

Could not be happier with the service. Jana did a great job. Wait time was quick. And service prsonel knows what they are doing. Fantastic.

Very clean place people very nice and polite

As i said there very nice and polite did a good job and they wash your car which is nice and wasn't there to long over all very good

Excellent customer service

Service at this dealer is by far the best service in Springfield. Communication is excellent and the service advisors really care about you and your car needs.

Exceeded my expectations.

I arrived early for my appointment but was greeted by my service attendant immediately in a friendly and efficient manner. I needed to have my passenger side air bag replaced on a recall by Acura and also had my car serviced. I waited for the car in the waiting area. The person at the coffee bar was very friendly and I spent about 2 hours in the waiting area working on my computer. Jane and Tyler were both professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with my morning at Acura of Springfield!

My wife & returned from an extended stay in Colorado and our MDX needed more than the recommended scheduled service. Tyler picked right up on this and applied the service that was needed based on miles and computer read out. Also, because the service was going to take longer than I had anticipated, Tyler offered a loaner car (which was much appreciated even though I didn't need one).

EFFICIENT SERVICE VISIT

Jana and Tyler did a great job getting me in and out in an efficient manner. Actions needed or recommended were thoroughly explained. I had an appointment for service and the department was ready for me when I arrived and the service was done in a timely manner.

Best car buying experience EVER!

I am not a fan of going through the process of buying a car. I know what I like and don't like to play games... If you are like me, Jay Wolfe Acura in Springfield MO is for you! My husband and I visited the lot on a Friday night and knew with certainty the car we wanted. Jesse, our salesman, was curious and informative, but didn't pressure us into making a decision on the spot. They allowed us to take home the car for the evening and promised when we arrived back the next morning they would have numbers for us on the new vehicle as well as our trade in. We arrived back the next day and, as promised, they provided us details on how much we could get for our trade in and the price they could do on the new car. We negotiated back and forth for a bit - not my favorite part, but they made it tolerable - until we agreed on the terms. As a business owner (and female) I resent any salesperson that talks down to me - and Jesse and sales manager Lucas did everything RIGHT! They were awesome to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Springfield MO area! Great work Jesse and Lucas - keep it up! You set yourselves apart from the others for sure!

Staff was helpful without being pushy.

I appreciated Aaron's politeness and knowledge about the Vehicle I was interested. He was very time efficient and I left with my new car.

Service dept was excellant! I would recommend it to everyone. Prompt and kind. Very clean environment and when my car was returned to me it was very clean!
