Routine maintenance

The folks at Acura Springfield always let me know of the concerns that need addressed on my MDX. Theye answer my questions and give me options. Great waiting area with free snacks and drinks. Hopefully I will buy my next vehicle from them.

Excellent service

The dealership is an excellent place to have the routine maintenance on our 2009 Acura RL performed. The service department always does wonderful job performing the task that has been requested whether it is a simple oil change, tire rotation, or any other repair found to be needed to keep the automobile in the absolute best condition possible. After all repairs are made they always return the auto freshly washed and detailed. I also appreciate being notified of upcoming preventive maintenance items that are necessary to help keep the automobile trouble free and prepared to extend its life for many thousands of miles. The experience is always very comfortable. The lounge provided, the excellent coffee and any sort of snack available that you might desire in addition to everyone being very concerned and friendly making sure your visit to their dealership is an enjoyable experience is so refreshing in today's society. We have driven Acura automobiles since 1994 and the visit described above has been consistent throughout those many years. The automobiles cannot be equaled when rated on their reliability and the support supplied by the dealership.

It was good.

It was helpful and easy. The service department was informative and called before doing major work to make sure it was ok. I appreciated the call to let me know when my car was ready.

Outstanding

I took my vehicle in for a tire issue but mentioned the stain I had on my headliner and they cleaned it up for free!! So nice!! Their customer service is always very good!!

Oil change and check

The staff was very friendly and sales people came into the waiting area on occasion to make sure there was anything I needed. The waiting area was clean and inviting in appearance. After the oil change, tires were topped off and car was hand washed - nice final touch.

Awesome Experience!!

Easy, no pushy sales tactics, Wade really took the time to make me feel comfortable with him, the dealership, and the over all product I was purchasing. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received from any dealership I've worked with!! I don't see me ever going anywhere else!!

Outstanding buying experience

This dealer is by far my favorite I've ever dealt with. Chose to forego my local dealer, and will be doing it again if I buy another Acura. Genuine, friendly and very accommodating. So easy to work with!
