I contacted several Ram dealers in my area (Macomb county) and I was not satisfied with the attention to detail or price. I went online and put in a request on the Shuman Jeep website and in less than an half an hour I received a call from Joe Nicles. I was not very happy about having to get a new vehicle. My almost paid for van was totaled in an accident and for once the prospect of having to get something new was a bit daunting.
