Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will definitely be recommended by myself to friends and family. I will also be back at the end of my lease to lease another vehicle or purchase from this dealer. My only hope is that Jeremy Cheaney will still be at this dealership. He was an amazing example of what a Sales & Leasing Consultant should be. I leased my jeep through the Costco auto buying program. I am also employed by Costco and understand what it means to give excellent member/customer service. Jeremy did just that! When first meeting Jeremy we sat down and just went over what I was thinking. Throughout the interaction I never once felt pressured into making any decisions and he was very helpful with giving his thoughts and honest opinions. He even offered me half of his sandwich his wife brought him for lunch! After reaching an agreement Jeremy spent about 3 days on the phone trying to locate the Jeep that I wanted and was in direct contact with me everyday until he was able to get a hold of a model that meet my needs. Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a friendly, fun, and inviting dealership that has great staff and will definitely get my business again.

Mike Weinstein did an excellent job of helping me with my recent service on the transmission and radiator of my jeep. I feel he explained what needed to be done and got the job completed in a timely basis. He also explained that I may need additional work but he did not pressure me into having it done immediately. I have dealt with too many service people in the past at other facilities that have always tried to sell me additional services that I really did not need. I definitely feel I can trust Mike and his team.

Needed to turn in a lease and trade-in a purchased vehicle and we were considering a number of options for the new cars. Jeremy Cheaney went over and above to assist including showing me all of the vehicles and pricing out various options. He even needed to go as far as emailing interior photos in order to make the final selections. Some salespeople clearly go through the motion but Jeremy works hard and really seems to enjoy what he is doing. This is how I do business and why we will be back. Regarding pricing, we know what payments to expect and I did not need to haggle or negotiate, the prices came in where we expected and the dealership provided a very fair trade-in value.
