By far the best car buying experience. From the minute we walked in the door to the time we left with the keys to our Nitro we felt welcome. These guys make you feel like you're family and talk with you like you've known each other forever. They do what they say they are going to do and make sure you are happy when you leave. My end of lease was coming up in April, and I had received a call to come in and see if Shuman's could put me in another vehicle for the same lease amount or less. When I entered the dealership, Jeremy took notice of me right away and asked what I needed. I told him that I was interested in ending my lease early if I could get a good deal-I got an amazing deal! Jeremy was professional and kind the entire time it took to end my current lease and get me in a new van. Not only did he get me a van at an awesome price, he got me in the vehicle that night. He took a lot of care with my choices and decisions and even when the dealership was closing, sat in the van with me and made sure I was comfortable driving off. I always recommend Shuman's to my friends, and I will most definitely encourage my friends to work with Jeremy.

Great sale, No pressure and willing to bear with me in the cold weather! Scott knew the cars and all their options! He was very patient while I looked over the all of the cars that interested me. When it came to the decision on what to buy and what I could afford Scott helped me out with a fair deal for a great car! OK, I just finished doing this for a used car. After I finished it brought me right back to here? I thought my above experience was very nice, Short, Sweet and too the point? So what more can I say? SORRY Guys!! About a year ago I was getting a price for a new SUV unfortunately Shuman could not beat the price of another dealer. But I clearly remembered how hard Joe Nicles worked on that deal for me. So now I was in the market for a new car "2013 Chrysler 300" so I called Joe knowing that if he matched the deal from the other dealer I was going with him due to the outstanding treatment I got from the last time working with him. He did not only beat the price on the car I was looking at but upgraded the options and gave a lower price. He even drove the new car out to my home.
