We went to Bell Road Toyota to look at a 2023 used Toyota

We went to Bell Road Toyota to look at a 2023 used Toyota Venza. We drove our 2003 Lexus SC and we thought we might trade it in toward the Venza. Five hours of negotiating and seven sales and finance people tried to get us to pay their listed price while only providing Carfax wholesale for the Lexus. WE finally got to within $25 difference. They asked for $100 more and we offered $25 more. They insisted on the $100 so we asked for our keys back so we could leave. Then after another 30 minutes they said Ok to the deal . They did not want to give us our keys back to the Lexus We finally signed the purchase after almost six hours at the dealership. We paid to have the Toyota Venza shipped to our home. Upon arrival after trying to clean the vehicle we discovered two hidden damages to the vehicle. A dent in the rear left door and a large patch to the inside back passenger door. They never disclosed the damages and when we asked they said the damages were there if you did not see them at the time of purchase....too bad We were not going to disclose the damages....WE are now paying to have the damage repaired.... I would be very careful buying a used car from Bell Road Toyota

“$4,000 Surprise at Bell Road Toyota — Bait-and-Switch in Full Effect” Came for a Tacoma TRD Sport advertised on Toyota’s SmartPath. Online price was clear — but in person, Bell Road Toyota added thousands in fake accessories, then tried to justify it with nonsense like “the online price is wrong” and “options won’t be included at delivery.” One even admitted it’s “just to make profit.” Honestly, I was shocked. They sent out a parade of clueless clowns, each with a different excuse. No shame. No professionalism. Classic bait-and-switch. I walked out — and you should too. Total waste of time. Take your business somewhere honest. What a joke.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. Ordered a new vehicle. Was sent the window sticker so i knew exactly how much it was. Got to dealership and was told another 3 grand added on because they put paint protect, etc, on the vehicle after it arrived. “It’s just what we do.” No apology adding on the sticker shock. Will never go back.
