Very positive buying experience. I found a car online and went to check it out, the sales staff was very friendly and didn’t pressure me at all. The car was in pristine condition, basically new. I had a dealer check it out, and even they were impressed with the condition of the car. Pat W was a terrific salesperson, answering all my questions and facilitating the entire process. Kusal from finance was also a pleasure to work with, taking the time to discuss and explain the contract details. Very happy with my purchase, would definitely buy from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers again.

Great place to buy a car, they have good trade in values and good prices. The process was pretty quick, about 2 hours to test drive and drive home in a new car. There was a little bit of hard sell going on with the sales people/finance people, but overall there was little pressure and it was a good place!

I was in the market for a BMW x3 and found Elliott Bay Auto Brokers. They had way better inventory than some of the actual BMW dealers I looked at so I decided to visit the lot. All around this place was great! I worked with Pat in Sales and Rob in finance. Both had the patience of saints as I made the final decision on going with a vehicle. They were both great, friendly, super informative, and the list could go on. I got a great deal on my trade in and my new x3. I just experienced my first purchase at this dealership. The sales rep that helped me had worked with me previously at another dealership. Gary Weiss and Eric Washington were superior in the service they provided. It is a customer-centric environment which is becoming rare in the car sales business. Their approach was a relationship sale, not a transactional sale focused on getting your money and getting you out the door asap. Highly recommended.
