The sales person was nice, but was not real patient.

The sales person was nice, but was not real patient. The sales manager would not except the price that autotrader was showing because that price was $2,000. cheaper than what they were trying to sell the vehicle to us for. I did file a complaint with autotrader because the sales manager said it was autotrader to blame. Then the sales manager was showing us all these add-ons that supposedly they did to the vehicle and wanted to charge $990. per add-on. so that took the vehicle price close to $3000 more than where we started. so in all, I would not recommend this dealer because the sales manager was not real helpful. so in general if you do go to this dealership, just "BUYER BEWARE" and have your guard up with them.

Fast, friendly .. alejo was very helpful in answering all my questions .. i highly recomend him. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Best Lexus location in the Valley.

Too pissed off to explain. Never again will I go there. Was lied too, and ended up paying way more than what I was told.
