Toyota of Gladstone

Excellent, and I am coming back with an older Toyota Truck, now. We have a Prius V and love it and plan to keep it.

Can I give 10 stars?! This is our second experience purchasing a vehicle with Toyota of Gladstone and I can already tell you there will be a third visit in a few years! Manuel was great! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to show us as many vehicles as we wanted. If you're looking for a vehicle dont hesitate to reach out and be sure to ask for Manuel!

When we went in we had a large list of needs and very little idea what car could check all our boxes and fit in our budget. Dusty was very kind and helpful! He showed us a bunch of options put us in 4 very different cars to test drive and was extremely patient as my partner and I deliberated what was going to fit us best. In the end we found a car we both love that allows us to do the car camping we so want to do and provides a lot of space for my work materials. We are so thankful for Dusty's knowledge about the cars he was showing us and his no pressure attitude through out the whole process!

Jonathan was great, attentive, but not pressuring you for a sale. The dealership is nice and clean, they took COVID19 seriously by having hand sanitizer and masks. I am not a fan of the none paper signature of the final paperwork in finance. Remember to ask for paper documents to sign so you can review the contract, especially for a lease. Otherwise, I would recommend them to friends.f
