Toyota of Gladstone

My experiences at Toyota Gladstone have always been great. This time was no exception. From the time I entered the door and was greeted by Kenny Khzam until we parted yesterday, I was so impressed by how helpful and professional Kenny was at all times. I really appreciated his time and experience. The fact that he steered me away from a car I liked that had just been traded in and had issues speaks volumes to me about his integrity. He was diligent about seeking the car I had in mind. So even though I ended up finding my car somewhere else, I can not thank Kenny enough for his outstanding customer service. I am happy to recommend him.

I went in knowing what vehicle I wanted, but skeptical I would be approved for the 19 Highlander. The process was simple, Kenny was able to locate the right Highlander, and took me out for a test drive as he explained the newer features. Then Brian made my auto loan possible and, with acute attention to how I was planning to use the vehicle, made sure I had the proper service and insurance coverages as well. Would absolutely use Kenny, Brian, and Toyota of Gladstone for future vehicle purchases.

Emileigh helped me find my dream 4Runner! She was on top of it and got me exactly what I wanted at a price that was affordable for me. I’ll be sending all my friends and family to Emileigh!
