Toyota Gladstone was amazing. My husband and I had the best car-buying experience. As sons, we walked in the door and were greeted by several people. We had to tell the first one we were working with, Wayne Moore, and he promptly directed us to him. Wayne walked us around the lot, listened to what we were looking for, and stayed within our budget. He found us a car that was a perfect fit. He made the process feel comfortable and effortless. We walked out of Toyota Gladstone incredibly happy. Toyota Gladstone exceeded my expectations. When we walked in we were greeted by many smiling faces, when we told them we were working with Wayne Moore they directed us to him immediately. From there he listened to everything we wanted and helped us through every step of the process. I had a really great experience with Aaron and Toyota of Gladstone. He was super transparent and took the time to explain everything about the car, including the full history report. Since I wasn’t able to test drive it myself, Aaron actually drove me around so I could still get a feel for how it handled, which I really appreciated. I’ve always been a little wary of dealerships because they can be pushy, but that wasn’t the case here at all. There was no pressure to buy, and the whole process felt easy and low-stress. I also ended up getting a special APR offer through Toyota, which made the deal even better. Since I couldn’t drive the car home myself, Charity arranged a free shuttle pickup, and Aaron even drove me back with my new car. Overall, I’m super happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend Aaron and Toyota of Gladstone to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest car-buying experience.

I appreciated the sales staff’s emphasis on giving me information about how cars on their lot are changing. We are long Toyota buyers, as customers in their 80s, wanted to evaluate whether we needed to retire our 2018 RAV4 and purchase another car. While sorely tempted to get a new car, we decided we would make do with our current car. Thank you for the curtesy you showed to give us the information we needed, but not pressuring us to buy.

We only came on a Tuesday after work to check out a used, gold certified 2023 Toyota Corolla Hybrid LXE.
