Brendon at Toyota of Gladstone was amazing. He had answers to all my questions,except perhaps two, when he wasn't able to answer he stated so ,and that he would find the answer immediately, which he did in under 5 minutes each time. As a consumer i can't emphasize how important this is! He sold me on my new lease, I will definately use him again and again. Gladstone has a good one there , I hope they take care of him.

I purchased my vehicle from Toyota of Gladstone, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I was promised two season passes to Mt. Hood Meadows as part of the deal. Despite following up multiple times with both Gladstone Toyota and Meadows, I was continually told to expect a response soon. Eventually, I was told too much time had passed and the offer would no longer be honored. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch--make a promise to close the sale, then dodge responsibility afterward. It's unacceptable and unethical. If a business doesn't honor its word or follow through on written or verbal agreements, that's a major red flag. I would strongly caution others against doing business with them. They do not stand by their promises.

Negotiations went well, and through out the process no one was ever overly pushy in my opinion. They were helpful to a friend of mine that is contemplating a purchase as well. Overall, it was a good experience amd I would purchase from them again.
