Great experience. At 48 yrs old - buying my first car from a dealer :) I hope it lasts and doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to keep up. (Everytime we bring in my wifes Scion we have to bring it in again...) This 08 Prius is my fancyist car i've ever owned. I hope to up-convert to a plug-in aftermarket product soon. ... been wanting one (plug-in Prius) for many years now. am glad my 97 honda didn't pass inspection :) Thanks Tom. DM

I recently purchased a toyota tacoma from Acton Toyota. My experience was exceptional. The professionalism and courtesy received from Tom Downing made the entire process enjoyable. Prior to visiting Acton Toyota, I had met with several area toyota dealerships. I chose Acton Toyota primarily based upon Tom Downing and his can do attitude. The fact that the Acton Team presented by far the most attractive package was realized only after I committed to Acton Toyota. It was the first enjoyable car buying experience of my life. People were professional and upfront about the price. The showroom and facility are beautiful and will make servicing the car a MUCH nicer experience. Acton Toyota really seems to know what they are doing.

I had never come during business hours and was shocked at...
I had never come during business hours and was shocked at how pleasant and accommodating everyone was. I came with a small child and we were completely comfortable, fed, had plenty of space, access to the toy room, etc. In all, it was a fabulous visit and confirmed the reasons I keep coming back to the dealership to get routine maintenance work done on my Highlander. I will always highly recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton to anyone looking for a car or for excellent service.

So I really wanted to like this dealership - I really...
So I really wanted to like this dealership - I really did... and many of my initial dealings with them were quite good. I saw a used car I was interested in, submitted a request for info online and began corresponding with Gregg McHugh. He specifically asked me to email him before driving out to visit to make sure the car was there. We made an appointment on Saturday to see the car - and he wasn't there for my appointment. Not a huge deal, since it really didn't matter to me who I worked with. But, a little annoying after driving 40 mins from Boston. The person who ends up helping me feels pretty bad, then proceeds to find out that the specific car I came in for was gone. After some research, he determined it was picked up the night before (although technically "sold" a week earlier). Might have been nice to (1) update the website - the night before the car was still listed on Acton Toyota site; (2) call / email me to tell me the car was no longer available before I made the long trip out. Honestly, I don't think that there was any sleaziness at play here - I don't believe that they were trying to get me out there to sell me a different car. I just think it was poor execution - from a dealership that is known for it's great execution. They didn't have any other cars that interested me - and honestly, after such an initial disappointment, I would have thought they would have done anything to keep me happy. But the other car prices they had and offer on my trade-in ended up being much worse than from another dealership (only 10 mins from my house).

CRIS JOHNSON WORKED WITH ME AND HELPED ME GET INTO THE CAR I WANTED WITH ALL THE OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES I WANTED.HE WORKED HARD ANDGOT THAT CAR FOR ME AND HAD IT DELIVERED IN JUST A FEW DAYS. THE PRICE WE AGREED UPON WAS GREAT. I LOVE MY NEW SIENNA. WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR, HE HELPED ME SET-UP THE BLUETOOTH PHONEAND SHOWED ME HOW ALL THE BUTTONS AND SWITCHES IN THE CAR WORKED. Our experience with Scott and Acton Toyota as a whole was very good; smooth, professional, friendly. Scott was friendly, informative and respectful. We appreciated the low-pressure respectful approach. It can be a bit stressful shopping for and buying a car - it is a big decision and alot of money, so we have always been very turned off by high pressure salespeople... It is sort of condescending to be subjected to pressure sales. With Scott and Acton T., nothing in our experience was uncomfortable or unpleasant. -Our questions were answered clearly and straightforwardly. -We feel that we got a good price. -Again, we were treated with respect and in a friendly manner. We heard good things about Acton T from a couple of friends & family, and indeed our experience was good as well.

Had a very positive and efficient experience with Leo at...
Had a very positive and efficient experience with Leo at Acton - came in to see and drive the vehicle, then went home to do my research. They had priced it right at bluebook, though carfax suggested it was worth about $1000 less. We negotiated by phone and email, and Leo answered all questions about features and condition that were unclear, and what other fees would be involved so that I could negotiate an "all-in" price. The deal we cut was about $1200 under bluebook - probably fair to both of us. The paperwork was ready when I arrived and took about 15 minutes to complete (I paid cash). They plated and it was ready for me later that day. I teach negotiation for a living. They gave me straight answers and no surprises. Bravo.

Wonderful experience. Price was below invoice so there...
Wonderful experience. Price was below invoice so there was no reason to haggle. Salesman was able to close the deal with only one trip to the "man in the back room" and this was largely because they had quoted me a price for a vehicle that actually had one more option than they realized (less than $50). Business manager experience was very low key (did not PUSH the add-ons/extended service, just made me aware of what was available).
