In general, I HATE buying cars -- whenever I enter a dealership, I feel like the mouse that's been dropped in the snake tank. But my experience at Acton Toyota was the best I've had in a dealership by far. Now, the salesman is always going to be "friendly," but what I like about Neil is that he was straightforward: there was no BS. I told him what kind of car I was lookng for (a used, late-model Camry with lots of warranty left) and he immediately directed me to the cars I wanted and carefully explained their relevant features/values. Pricing, too, was right on target. First of all, I got a better deal on my trade-in than I expected (quite a relief). Then the sticker price itself was completely fair: according to Consumer Reports, it was squarely in the range for a Camry in N.E. with low mileage. Even the warranty extension was a good deal. Usually I avoid these, but expanding from power-train to bumper-to-bumper was just $1K for the remaining four years on the warranty, so it was a no-brainer. Paperwork and processing was completely smooth. On the pickup day (Christmas Eve, no less) the car came spotless, freshly waxed and with a full tank of gas. Before handing over the keys, Neil did something I've never seen before; he took the time to show me and my wife how all the controls/dashboard functions worked. Nice! I live in Melrose, so Littleton is a bit of a trip for me. But given the quality of service, I'd definitely shop there again and recommend the dealership to others.

Very relaxed, non-stressful experience as always. Willing...

Very relaxed, non-stressful experience as always. Willing to work with us to find the car we wanted. No pressures. Lease price was good. Service department and the facility are top notch. Where else can you find a dealership which will cook you breakfast (on or off the menu)? Sales and service personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my family's eighth vehicle from Acton Toyota. Will not go anywhere else.

Pleasant experience, would recommend Acton Toyota to others. The overall process was easy and hassle-free, making the buying of a car a better experience than ever before. I enjoy the location, as it is the next town from us, so any need for service doesn't become an all day affair.

Scott was the best auto salesperson we've had and the...

Scott was the best auto salesperson we've had and the reason that we went with Littleton Toyota as opposed to other local Toyota dealerships. Although he kept in touch with us, he was not pushy and allowed us to come to a decision to purchase a new vehicle as opposed to our original thought of a previously owned vehicle. He was always available and made it as easy as possible for both my husband and I to view the cars.

Was outstanding experience Scott by far best salesman I ever dealt with. Absolutely no pressure no games played straight forward very knowledgeable worked hard for deal. The dealership itself is amazing it looks are out of this world. The staff in general is unbelievable friendly courteous nothing phony. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Great dealership, very friendly and courteous staff, clean and spacious facility with many amenities. Offers free lunch coupon at their inhouse cafeteria with midday service appts. Online service appt site also a plus. Service dept has been great, with convenient hours.

The Sales experience was great with Scott. ...

The Sales experience was great with Scott. Straightforward and easy to work with. Scott worked with me to match prices from other deales. Once we agreed on the prices Scott was able to find the car we wanted in a matter of days. I have had one service appointment and everything was very professional.

No tension with sales and pricing when purchasing this vehicle during the Christmas week. Responsive and respectful sales and financing staff. Overall a pleasurable experience. Priced and purchased through internet sales and Wellington was great with the sale from start to finish.

Shawn was very bright and could answer all of my questions off the top of his head. He's very enthusiastic to please his customers and will go out of his way to make them happy. I have never ever had a more pleasing car buying experience. Between the dealership itself which is so laid back and not at all stressful and Shawn's expertise and attitude, I could not have asked for a more relaxing, enjoyable experience. This is my first Toyota purchase, but it won’t be my last. John Bernard is an excellent salesman was very patient and straightforward with us, as my husband and I did not really know what we wanted to buy. He discussed all the advantages, features of several models, and their prices. He encouraged us to drive them get a feeling for what we wanted. When we were still undecided, John said, “No problem. Take your time think about it.” That was in October. Two months and three other dealerships (including another Toyota dealership) later, we came back to John Bernard. We appreciated John’s low-pressure and respectful approach. He was upfront and direct about the prices from the beginning, without making us feel pressured. In the end we got the best vehicle for the best price. The whole experience at this dealership was wonderful. When you go to Acton Toyota you feel like you are really important. Everyone is professional and courteous. Acton Toyota makes going to the Dealership is a pleasure.
