It was a great day at Infiniti of Clearwater.

It was a great day at Infiniti of Clearwater. I received a nice reception at the showroom while browsing vehicles I've researched. I was introduced to Big Al and he was kind, caring and respectful to my questions. I even left to visit another dealership brand and returned to finalize my Infiniti purchase. I would thank Big Al and the leadership of Infiniti for their outstanding customer service. Big Al defines customer service!

What a wonderful car buying experience.

What a wonderful car buying experience. Can’t say I ever enjoyed the process but it went so smoothly. My salesperson, Deranty Cohen, was a pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgeable and above all, kind and honest. He got me a price that was within my budget without the usual games dealerships play with the back and forth. It was even a breeze with the finance department. The service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Deranty Cohen- I promise he will exceed your expectations. He is a man of good morals- not your stereotypical salesperson. Thank you so much, Deranty.

If you are looking to purchase a new car; Big Al is your go to person! He is professional, informative and definitely a people person. …And he listens!! We purchased the QX 50 and it drives and handles beautifully. I’ve been smiling since we got it! I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Clearwater to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Any dealer that is charging over $1000 for a "doc fee"

Any dealer that is charging over $1000 for a "doc fee" plus almost $400 for plate service is screwing you over in a huge way. The attitude of the salesperson and Manager, plus the fees that are excessive to say the least had me looking elswhere for my car.

We are very transparent and up-front about the fees. When viewed as a whole, our pricing is more than competitive in our market.

Then price the car for what it is going to be "out the door",and stop this "doc fee" xx. I'd have a lot more respect for a business that sells the car for an advertised price with no "doc fee". When the fees are added on, the car that was shown as average priced on any one of the car search sites now becomes much higher than average. An $1100 dollar "doc fee", which was supposed to be for preparing all the documents and record retention is obscene and more than 2 times more than I have ever paid. If you buy a new Ford on one of the affiliate programs, Ford limits the "doc fee" to $250. The margin between what you buy the car for either as a trade in, auction purchase, or lease residual and your retail price should cover transporting the car, inspecting, repairing and reconditioning it, and pay the salespersons commission. Then if you want a $499 doc fee, if someone is stupid enough to pay it, fine with me. The Average doc fee in Florida is $700, and it is one of the highest in the country. JD Powers has an interesting write up about it. Sorry your doc fee is obscene, not to mention the car I was interested in was and still is mis represented on the website, showing it as having at least one option the car does not have according to the factory build sheet and window sticker.
