Julie was amazing and made the experience fast and smooth. She took care of the other issues with warranty. She also made me a future appointment with a loaner to take care of the chip in windshield. She is an asset in service department.

The service I received was excellent from ordering my car to delivery and working with the finance department. Every question I had about the different package options were explained thoroughly. Miles kept me up-to-date on every step through the production process.

Service experience was amazing!

Service experience was amazing! Assad at BMW of Sterling thoroughly explained all the maintenance my vehicle needed now and those services that could wait. He patiently answered all of my questions and ensured I was completely satisfied. On the day of service, Assad arranged for a Lyft ride for me back home and back to the dealership once the service EAs complete. I cannot speak enough about Assad’s professionalism and courtesy!
