I was very pleased with BMW of Sterling service

I was very pleased with BMW of Sterling service department. I got in ok and then I received a Lyft ride back home and was promptly notified later that day via text that my vehicle was ready. At which time they arranged for another Lyft ride to pick me up from home and take me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle!! Please keep this service!!!! Very clean environment, courtesy and professional staff and great communications. Latasha Huffman was great as my service rep and I’m sure she is an asset to BMW of Sterling!! If you are in Loudoun County Virginia, it is convenient

If you are in Loudoun County Virginia, it is convenient location. I have done business with them over 15 years. Prior ownership was excellent. New one is pretty good. But I had situation with a recent lease where the dealership made error in the registration and license plates and has caused me a lot of problems with mistaken tickets I had realized that there was mistake and went to dealership to try to fix it. The dealerships finance office failed to return dozens of calls and when I went in person, I was told it was not their problem. I had to spend my time going to DMV and getting new plates. When I began to get the tickets for a plate I never actually had, the DMV and Alexandria police told me it should have been dealership’s responsibility to fix it. I am still dealing with one ticket, so not pleased. Apart from this, service department is great. And I really like my sales person, Sal Ufyani.
