Don't walk, run from this dealership. I ordered a new Mclaren 4 months back and provided a good faith deposit for the order. The only document I signed was the build sheet. I reached out about a month prior to the car coming in to inform them that I couldn't take delivery and this is where things turned worse. The manager and owner refused to refund my $10k deposit as they said I signed other documents that they can't produce. Customer service has been atrocious, their responses are short and aggressive, and they are trying to hold my $10k hostage. One would expect more honesty from a high-end dealership like this.

Saw the car on a Sunday and planned to buy on Monday, but
Saw the car on a Sunday and planned to buy on Monday, but within that time the price increased by 2k.When I emailed to ask about this and to offer a price near original, all I got was basic info on the car, including the original sticker,showing that original was just 1k less than they were asking now, yet with 17k miles. smh.

I contacted this dealer regarding 2013 Rolls Royce
I contacted this dealer regarding 2013 Rolls Royce Phantom. Auto traders and also link I have received from this dealership it’s says vehicle certified and I did offered full price as listed plus tags, title etc.But this dealership didn’t honor the price and want me to pay extra $ 15k for 2 years certification. Name branded dealership shouldn’t rip off consumer and very disappointed !!!!!!!!!!
