Antwon in parts department really dropped the ball. First...

Antwon in parts department really dropped the ball. First time I checked on the part it was never ordered from him, the next week it was pushed back a different date, called when the date came and someone else told me it was never ordered then I checked again a few days later and it turned out it was ordered a couple days ago. Who ever Antwon is really needs to stop wasting customers time and money

Mike Herndon is incredible. Makes things SO easy. He sat down with us, got to know us as more than just a customer. After making a GREAT deal with Mike, it seemed like I made a friend for life.

I had a great experience with the my salesman, Mike Herndon. I didn’t really that you have to buy a $1300 safety package, but I love my car.

Other than the manager pretty much calling me a liar and...

Other than the manager pretty much calling me a liar and then hiding in his office for the rest of my visit, my sales experience was fine. But here I am looking silly at the DMV 31 days later with expired temp tags. They 'dont know what happened' and will get the paperwork sent over as soon as possible. That's super helpful....if you live in Alabama this dealership cannot handle your business.

I hate shopping at dealerships for new vehicles, however, Murfreesboro Hyundai made my purchasing a new car very easy and pleasurable. The sales rep, Jamie Wyatt, was very open, honest and easy to work with. The sales manager also helped in coming down to a reasonable sale price, and was very personable. I would highly recommend checking out Murfreesboro Hyundai for all your used and new car purchases.

Hyundai Murfreesboro Service dept sucks, especially Toby....

Hyundai Murfreesboro Service dept sucks, especially Toby. When I dropped my car off they told me one price and then hit me with a bigger price when I picked it up. I will never use this service dept or dealership again. Very Poor service

Awful service

Murfreesboro Hyundai service department is awful. They told me it was going to be $140 for my seat to be fixed and when I picked it up they charged me $199 with some questionable fees and Toby gave me some BS why it was more. I will never go to Hyundai Murfreesboro again
