Just let me say very disappointing.

Just let me say very disappointing. I have been sitting here since 11 am. Keep being told my car will be ready. It’s 233pm. The professional thing for them to do if you are planning to wait for your vehicle is to share an estimated wait time. This is beyond ridiculous. Oh and I only wanted an oil change. Alight and inspection. I was told I could not get the alignment then later was told I could. They somehow got the cars mixed up and now I wait some more. I guess if you have a newer model you can get better service. So sad angry and disappointed.

Ms. Hendrix we apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your recent visit to Infiniti of Memphis. I understand that there were some concerns about a possible coolant leak in your automobile, which we inspected after your requested Oil Change and Alignment. Our Technician did spend some additional time to inspect all plugs and coolant issues, as a coolant leak was detected. Again, we do apologize if the time allocated was longer than you anticipated. We do hope that we can serve you again in the future.

The servicing of my car was completed in less time than predicted, and the car was cleaned before it was returned to me. The service department was efficient and accommodating.
