Liar
Frank Costello at Brandon Mitsubishi is a liar. I spoke with him over the phone and I asked him to please disclose any and ALL fees that the dealer add to the advertised price of the car. He said that ONLY a $995 dealer fee is added. Based on this I traveled over 300 miles only to find out they wanted to add $3995 on top of the $995 dealer fee to the advertised price of the car and the manager Francisco didn't even care what Frank told me over the phone and of course Frank was no where to be found even though the told me he would be there and the manager said he was in that day when I walked in. After such a big lie and the manager's attitude, we didn't care to buy anything from this dealership. I'll be elevating this to Mitsubishi's corporate office. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this place.

Undisclosed hidden fees, even when asked 7 times.
I called the dealership today regarding a used 2019 Mercedes E300 they had listed for $25,852. I spoke with Frank and asked about any additional fees that may be associated with the vehicle and was assured it was just a $995.00 dealership fee. I explained to Frank is he certain as I have recently had foot surgery and would need to bring someone with me who could drive the vehicle. Frank again insisted there were no additional fees, I again in exact words said Frank listen I am at the moment on a knee scooter and to get out the house and get a ride there is a pain and I do not want to waste his and or my time. I said are there any additional required fees before I go through the hassle and he said “Jose no fees but the $995 dealership fee” I said perfect I will be in at 5:30pm and he said great see you then. I arrive at the tiny dealership which is very hard to navigate on a knee scooter as it’s very rocky and was told Frank is in and out and Zaza would assist me. Perfect, not a problem, Zaza was nice enough to bring the car around seeing the lot is not very convenient for wheel chairs and or knee scooters. I look over the car and Zaza says did Frank inform you of the $3,995.00 Mitsubishi advantage which is required and I said no he told me 7 times there was only a $995 dealer fee! Zaza said no there is a $3995 advantage on top of the $995 dealer fee. I was visibly upset and informed him I asked Frank numerous times regarding fees and I wasted my time coming down which is very difficult in my current condition and now it is time wasted. Zaza said I wish he would have told you so we didn’t waste our F@&$ing time. Listen, I don’t mind the language part as I am a grown man and curse words don’t offend me. I was very upset I had to wheel myself to the dealership, have someone come that can test drive the car, deal with the pain of my surgically repaired ankle, all for nothing. Trust me folks, don’t buy into the internet pricing on the vehicles they have listed. This place is a scam, and they do NOT care about its potential customers, especially those temporarily handicapped who literally have to make a production of getting out the house into a car, line up someone to test drive, get out the car, have someone get the scooter out the trunk, and scoot around this terrible lot, all for nothing. I even made Frank aware it’s very inconvenient for me to move around right now in my current situation and was falsely informed we were good to go. So frustrated, and I will be contacting Mitsubishi corporate, as well as several other advocates in the coming days. Please stay far from this dealership.

Sexist Scam Artists! Don't waste your time!
SCAM! Price for 2017 Elantra seemed too low ($8493) so I called to verify. Was told by Frank due to construction they had cars on special to avoid auction and had 9 left. I explained I would be a CASH buyer, lived an hour away, and asked if there was anything I needed to know about the advertised price. He said no. I made an appointment, drove an hour, and never saw the vehicle. After sitting in the show room for 40 minutes AFTER my appointment, a man who I later found out was the manager sat down with me and showed me that in order to get the advertised price I would need to be financing the vehicle, have a trade in, and a bunch of other restrictions that I was unaware of. I asked him what the REAL price of the car was and was told $15,100. I complained and asked to speak to the GM. GM addressed me as HONEY which is not ok and I told him so. He said this was their normal practice and the lowest he would sell this vehicle was $14k. I never met Frank. Not sure this car exists and now they've reduced the price to $7250! This is the reason people hate buying cars.

Horrible dealership.
Horrible dealership. Sales people lie. Drove 2 hours after calling to confirm price. Listed prices are not the price. Expect to pay $10000 over. Don't know how what they are doing is legal.

I knew their price was too good to be true!
Brandon Mitsubishi lures you in with their enticingly low prices, only to reveal their true intentions once you inquire about the cost. Suddenly, they present you with these flimsy tapes haphazardly stuck to the car door, claiming it's a necessary measure to safeguard the paint from accidental bumps. They expect this feeble justification to account for a staggering $3000 disparity from the initial internet price. What a blatant scam!

Went to Brandon Mitsubishi to purchase a car.
Went to Brandon Mitsubishi to purchase a car. Cash, no trade-in...easy sale, right? Not so much. When the "sales manager" came over, I told him which car we wanted to look at. He seemed as though he had no idea which car we we're talking about. He told us to have a seat. And then NOTHING happened. We sat there for almost an hour, and no one got back to us. When he told him we were leaving, and why, he mumbled something and wouldn't even look up at us. He didn't give a crap that they were losing a sale. And we drove over an hour to look at 3 potential cars on their lot. Six weeks ago, our home suffered 100k in damages from Hurricane Idalia. Today, we found out our car had to be totaled out because of flooding. And this horrible service, or rather, lack of, is what we were treated to. Worst service ever. You've been warned

Hello Kadee, my name is Lou Rastelli and i am the GM of Brandon Mitsubishi. Thank you for your post as I take customer service very seriously here. Seems like my staff really missed on this one and I apologize for that. Our company philosophy is geared towards going above and beyond to make the buying experience a positive one. I would love to discuss this further and i can be reached at the store anytime. I will make my staff aware of this post in our Saturday meeting and i will design a plan to prevent this from happening again. If u still have a car in mind and you would like to be treated properly, please arrange a revisit and allow me to right the wrongs made against you.
I appreciate you reaching out, but we bought a different car last night.
