Everything went well. They were really nice and welcoming.There is a flaw though they turned off the check engine light on my vehicle just so I wouldn’t see it while test driving.

Dealt with Diyllin over phone, I knew wich Ram I wanted, put deposit on over phone Next day he met me in lot. Had truck ready for me to test drive, did paper work, cleaned and filled with gas, very happy with service. We are 2 1/2 hr drive from Evansville IN, we'll worth the drive. All very curtios and professional.

Promised by salesman and Steve hood that seat was gonna be fixed and interior would get detailed upon purchase. I left the vehicle there for a week and picked up where seat was half way fixed and interior only had one stain worked on . I see the dealership will Promise you whatever and will only do bare minimum and go as cheap as possible to get customer to buy something. I called salesman complained about the seat not being fixed right and he said they will order the foam cushion to make it right. I'm now on waiting a month for this foam pad and get excuses everytime I call. Now I'm being told they are gonna ship it to me. Question is when will I receive it . Next week, next month , next year no one knows nothing. I PROMISE I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

Disappointed with the preparation of the purchased vehicle as it was not clean and the salesperson had minimal knowledge of the vehicle and did not explain features within the vehicle. The vehicle was not put aside for me but on display for sale.

Service was excellent, no wait to see the vehicle I was interested in and rather quick transaction. Great service

I saw check engine light on in website pic. I asked Wes about that before I came to look at it. He said he would find out. When I test drove it light was not on and I forgot to ask about it. Next day check engine light came on for fuel pump issues.

They where very helpful, very pleased with my purchase. Will definitely purchase a vehicle there again.
