Very low pressure byin experience I didn't feel pressure at all straight forward right to the point

The absolute best customer experience. They did what they said they would do and were always on top of it answering all questions timely.

I saw a vehicle I was interested in online and went to the dealer for a test drive. The vehicle was very clean and was what I was hoping. The next day I was in and out closing the deal. Very satisfied customer dealing with Jimmy.

Saturday after buying the car went to dinner and when we got in the car the check engine light came on. After investigating we found that the catalytic converter was bad it is going to cost us $2800 to replace it. Feel that the dealership knew about this because it shows up on diagnostics. Wasting my time writing this because nothing will become of it. Just tell everyone I know about my experience.

Friendly salesman but finance department can’t be trusted. Pulled a bait and switch on my loan. Added extra months to the loan. Later found out from credit union that my interest rate is incorrect.
