My son was actually the one that bought a new truck I

My son was actually the one that bought a new truck I just co-signed for him, but I do know that he is very happy with it and he had a lot of good things to say about everyone that helped him.

Bought a 2018 jeep Jk.

Bought a 2018 jeep Jk. Didnt realize how dirty the jeep interior was until we got it home and could see all the hidden areas. Jeep is a solid vehicle and overall happy with. Just disappointed that I had to spend a weekend cleaning it. The areas that show were just fine. Under the seats and the cargo area were full of dog hair and grimey. Had to remove all of the carpet and interior trim to get it cleaned up.

I have been trying to contact the seller for some

I have been trying to contact the seller for some problems related to the vehicle sold to me and he has not answered the phone in 2 weeks nor have I received a return call.

An outstanding experience from me being an out of state

An outstanding experience from me being an out of state customer. They worked out a killer deal for me and delivered my new car and picked up my trade. It was also an outstanding deal for the money and overall value for the vehicle I bought. I am more than pleased with their service and professional manner of doing business.

One of the worst service shops I have ever experienced.

One of the worst service shops I have ever experienced. Took our vehicle in for multiple issues going on, the biggest issue was a leak in the back window causing water to come in to the car, but was told that everything was going to be taken care, I was wrong. They never communicated with us on the progress of our vehicle and the repairs, we always had to call to try to figure out more information and never got any updated information, was told they would call back and we never got a call back. Our car was at the service shop for almost 3 months. We finally received a call 10 weeks after dropping it off that we could come pick it up and that all of our services were completed. We got there, paid our copay, and found out that the back window was still not replaced because our warranty wouldn't cover it, but we were never given that information prior so it sat on their lot for 3 months in the snow and rain, collecting water and causing damage. We found mold that day growing all in our vehicle and when I called for a manager, was denied being able to speak to one. They finally fixed our window with warranty covering it 5 months after we took the vehicle in to get fixed. Horrible management, horrible communication, horrible service. Oh, and all we got was an apology, didn't waive our copay or make any accommodations for the horrible situation they have put us through. Stay away from this place if you want your car to be fixed and taken care. The front associates also had horrible attitudes and were very rude, not empathetic or caring about the situation at all. No customer service skills. If I could put no stars, I would.

This marked the 4th transaction we've had with Carter Downey and Glenn! We couldn't be any happier with the sincerity and commitment that each member of the sales team has shown. Finance with Preston is also a great experience. These people sincerely want to put people into the right vehicle for them and their families.
