My experience was by far top notch and Austin Smyser is the best salesman EVER!!! Mr. Smyser was patient, informative, great communication and follow up, especially. If he said he was going to call me back, he would definitely always call back. I think this is very important to always do what you say you’re going to do for your customer. I am from Ohio, so even though I was in another state. He made the process easy and flawless. I want to thank the whole sales team because they were all so amazing. I will definitely be returning in buying another car from them.
