I was able to negotiate a fair price for.a new vehicle I found on the Internet. When I went there to purchase the vehicle there was a couple of small issues I had with it and they took care of them with no problem. Very satisfying experience.

Cochran has very much browned staff within the entire dealership. I have always had a very positive car buying experience at Cochran with every purchase I have made over the past 12+ years.

Took 4.5 hours for simple annual inspection and new tires. If I had it to do over I would have declined to purchase tires there. Added over two hours to the process. I was told that my car was on the rack. If so why 2 hours. Sam's Club can install tires in 20 min if it is already on the rack. Your representative at the service desk aaron was very polite. This delay wasn't his fault. I felt sorry that he had to hear the complaints for poor scheduling and shop floor time management.
