My experience here has been amazing The employees are sectional and very knowledgeable and seem to be very honest The service department get you in same day or within a day or two The service manager went above and beyond about my warranty that had a flaw in it from a previous dealer I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else they have earned my business for life

This place sucks… In the Dec.

This place sucks… In the Dec. appointment was set to bring my Jeep because the heater was blowing cold air. Jim, was my customer service rep. Well, this guys is full of lies. He told me Jeep would be fixed in two weeks… 4 weeks later is was… well not really. When I picked my Jeep the windshield wipers, controls on the steering wheel and headlights weren’t working. 2 weeks later everything was finally good to go. This whole process was a disaster. Lies, excuses and blackmail was all Jim spoke about. Well, it’s summer time and guess what.. my air conditioner is blowing hot air. Yep, Ourismans just can’t do things correctly. Thank God I know some knowledge and only needed a recharge. Ourisman is not worth your time. Don’t deal with this headache of lord and lack of professionalism. BEWARE!!!!!
