I did my homework before arriving to actually make a purchase. In just 2.5 hours at the dealership I looked over the supply that fit my criteria, test drove, negotiated a price and had loan approved, signed all documents. The service and the staff are always great. I have had my KIA Forte EX service here ever since Medved bought out Larry Miller KIA, Daniel, the service advisor, was always pleasant, professional and helpful at the previous location, and he is even more so at Medved. Andrew, in Parts/Accessories, is also a pleasure when I need assistance in that department. AND they give a complimentary car wash. A REAL wash and dry! My car looked and ran fabulously! As always!
