Ring Ring, Anybody Home?
I mean, I don't know how I can even provide 2 stars if I wanted to. I called Wednesday last week and said I wanted to buy a used car. Didn't hear back. Called again a day later. Didn't hear back. Now it's 9 days since the original call. You could even conceivably chalk this up to a problem with their phone system, if you were being generous. However, I had a vehicle in the service center I wanted to use as a trade-in, so I was definitely in their system and an active customer engagement. I guess they really don't want to sell vehicles!?

Finance people are terrible
While purchasing a car was easy enough -- not getting a call back when your tags are expiring was a hellish experience. Paul Seeger could have simply called back if he could not help, maybe advised some next steps -- but instead, he took several messages and ignored them. I find this to be utterly poor customer service considering we are already a customer.

I've had a very poor experience with the sevice department at MedVed I purchased a used vehicle there and I need to have a repair done After four different attempts at making an appointment I finally got to speak to someone who told me they cannot help me. When I called the phone number I was given the email address for a Kyoder who never responded I left voicemail that was never responded to. I called several times with no response! If anyone is interested in purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer be very careful what you wish for. After the sale is complete you will be dissatisfied with the customer service. At the very least they should have the decency to return a call or email Terribley disrespectful to former customers Won't ever do business there again I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid MedVed at all costs.

Horrible service After they have your money you'll get no response from their service department No matter how many times you call you will get no response email and text was not helpful either I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody

Two days ago, my daughter called to see if they had any Sorentos in stock. They did, and we arrived 20 minutes later. We entered the showroom, and no one assisted us. We went outside and checked out the desired vehicle. 20-30 minutes later, we were wandering around in and out of the showroom; still not one person approached us or spoke to us. We left. I received a call from Nick on Wednesday letting me know...
I received a call from Nick on Wednesday letting me know they had a Telluride for me to test drive. We setup an appointment for Thursday at 1:00. I received an email confirming the appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to only be told he sold the car the previous afternoon. The service manager said the other Tellurides they had were not ready for test driving. Nick stated he was too busy to let me know they no longer had the vehicle for me to test drive at my scheduled appt time. Very poor customer service and consideration.

Bought a new 2021 Kia seltos from Medved kia, did everything over the internet or phone except the pick up. From the beginning George Butler, took care of me getting me set up with the car I wanted, getting me the price I wanted and getting all the paper work ready for when I arrived to pick up the Kia. George did a great job of taking care of everything prior to my arrival .When I arrived at the dealers George was there to greet us and had the car ready to go. He spent a great deal of time showing me all of the details of the operation of the Kia. George even took the time to set up the nav system so that I could find my way across Denver metro to meet my wife. I'm 80 years old so one can appreciate how long it took him to explain how to use that system. I made it , much to my surprise and I do so appreciate his talent and kindness. I drove the 350 miles home the next day and fell in Love with the Kia, the Medved dealship, and of course George Butler, Thank you, Thank you. John Ferris Riverton Wyoming

I want to thank George Butler and Alex Robinson for the fast and excellent service I received. They went above and beyond to help me with not only buying a car within my budget but helping me with other financial paperwork that my insurance should have taken care of prior. They were both very patient and knowledgeable when helping me buy my second car. I had already decided on a vehicle. I changed my mind multiple times, and George was very understanding as we walked back and forth looking at cars; he explained everything thoroughly, and I did not feel rushed, and I am thrilled with my new car and the service I received.

Buying a car is not an enjoyable process, from my perspective, in fact, it has historically been pretty painful process to get through. However, Thaddius Martinez and the Kia team made the experience comfortable and even fun! Thaddius was supportive, helpful, and if he didn't know the answer, he said so, and went on to verify the answer with whatever Kia team member it required. We have gone back to the dealership to have Thaddius help us with the car's technology and even though he was with another customer, he made sure to help us as well while they were going on a test drive. Thaddius was good to us and we are sending family members to him for future business with Kia.
