First time shopping at EchoPark. I had driven by the location a thousand times and then I purchased a vehicle there. It was an easy and zero pressure process. The price was lower than KBB value. Didn?t get stuck in an office with a pushy sales manager trying to sell me an extended warranty like most other dealers. I highly recommend EchoPark in Duluth. Antoine was very friendly and helpful.

My recent experience with Russ at the Tampa/St. Petersburg location was phenomenal. They did everything that they said they would do in terms of service, price, etc.. I received great value for my automobile which they purchased and they even added a bonus on top of the price they quoted me. The transfer experience was quick, simple and seamless. I highly recommend having a conversation with these guys.

The team really bent over backwards to make it right. Bradley made it his mission to find something safe, reliable, and in the budget for this single mom. Jeremy walked me through everything answering every question with professionalism and courtesy. Talon worked behind the scenes to get my financing just right. No one is perfect and mistakes happen. What you do in response to those mistakes shows your character and integrity. EchoPark could have sent me away. They had no legal obligation to help me with the issues I encountered, but the fact that they CHOSE to do so speaks volumes. I will DEFINITELY be recommending this dealership, especially these three gentlemen, to anyone I know looking for their next vehicle.

Horrible customer service. Extremely Long wait. They said they are short handed. Vehicle was covered under my insurance and proof was provided but they refused to release the car without showing deductible information which would take 24 hours for insurance company to update. Never again at this dealership.

Brendan was very helpful. Able to secure dream car 2025 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 for my 25th!! Highly recommend checking this dealer out! Also received highest deal than other places for my old car.
