Brendan was very helpful.

Brendan was very helpful. Able to secure dream car 2025 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 for my 25th!! Highly recommend checking this dealer out! Also received highest deal than other places for my old car.

I bought a car here back in May, and I had a wonderful buying experience back then. Unfortunately, there ended up being an unexpected issue with the vehicle I purchased that no one had foreseen, so I came back to EchoPark for help. The team really bent over backwards to make it right. Bradley made it his mission to find something safe, reliable, and in the budget for this single mom. Jeremy walked me through everything answering every question with professionalism and courtesy. Talon worked behind the scenes to get my financing just right. No one is perfect and mistakes happen. What you do in response to those mistakes shows your character and integrity. EchoPark could have sent me away. They had no legal obligation to help me with the issues I encountered, but the fact that they CHOSE to do so speaks volumes. I will DEFINITELY be recommending this dealership, especially these three gentlemen, to anyone I know looking for their next vehicle.

Horrible customer service all the way.

Horrible customer service all the way. Employees are not motivated to their job. There was only one man who was preparing sells doc for all. At least 10 people were waiting for hours. Yesterday I waited for 3 hours and then left. I was asked to add the vehicle on my insurance before even signing a purchase agreement. Allstate sent a proof of insurance and the new vehicle was on that document. That wasn’t enough for them to release the vehicle, they want deductible information as well. I have never seen such a practice in any other car dealership in the country. I could go on and on. This is the last time I will ever go to this dealership.

We’re genuinely sorry that your recent visit left you feeling frustrated and disappointed. Waiting for an extended period only to be asked for more documentation can be incredibly aggravating, and we understand how it might seem like we were making the process harder than it needed to be. Our intention is always to provide prompt, courteous service, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience. We appreciate you pointing out the challenges around both our staffing levels and the paperwork required to complete a sale. We have to verify certain documents — including deductible details and, in some cases, additional information that our lending partners require — before a vehicle can be released. Sometimes insurance carriers or lenders take longer than they should to update that information, which, combined with being short‑handed, can create unacceptable delays. We’re reviewing our procedures so we can offer quicker, more compassionate support going forward.

I had Oscar as my salesman and he did a amazing job made it very easy and he cared through the entire process he even got my grandmother some food since she is a diabetic and needed to eat top notch Oscar!
