Bought my new car

I had never heard of Echo Park Automotive until I found my car on kbb.com. I emailed them that I was interested, and they sent an email back very quickly along with a text. The staff were friendly, made sure we were comfortable, that we were being helped, and checked on us during the wait periods. They made the car buying process quick and easy.

Words can’t describe how bless I was to come in contact with Andrew Wilson, from his professionalism to his confidence hands down the best and most comforting dealer I could’ve prayed for. I wrecked my car recently and I thought getting another vehicle was going to be so stressful… This man right here works wonders! A pleasant car buying experience with an inviting atmosphere.

What a great experience.

What a great experience. Went in wanting to only sell my vehicle. Ended up using only part of my trade and getting not only into a newer vehicle, but one that I've wanted for a while but thought I couldn't afford. Brian and Marieo are absolute miracle workers. They care about the customer, not the sale. If you are looking for a vehicle, please come to EchoPark and ask for Marieo and Brian.

Best car buying experience ever!

Best car buying experience ever! Everyone was very kind, informative, understanding and courteous. Very happy with the purchase of my 2019 Kia Soul!! It's the car I've always wanted! It's in great condition and low miles! We worked with Peter VanDeGough, Eric Rodriguez and Sherard! I would definitely recommend coming here for a car!

Knowledgeable salespeople. Clean shop and bathrooms. Brought the car up, I didn't have to walk to who knows where. Entrance is confusing; a few more directional signs would be helpful.

Full disclosure, Friday, the next day, when I drove from Chattanooga back to EchoPark Duluth in a shuttle, the shuttle service (my choice of Chattanooga shuttle company, nothing to do with EchoPark) dropped me off I have no idea where at the Atlanta airport, which is a small city. I asked the driver where I should go (EchoPark said I would be getting a Lyft driver to the dealership)? He told me sort of and also said the airport had changed things around recently (last couple months?) and it was hard to figure things out. Great. I asked 3 airport employees where to go for a Lyft ride and they ALL pointed to one area. I went there, turns out it was the taxi area. I waited outside in the cold for over 30 minutes. At least there were benches to sit on. My Lyft driver finally called me or I called him and he was trying to find me, I don't know ANYTHING about the Atlanta airport. I could not understand him because 1. I think he was talking with his mask on and 2. jet planes were flying by overhead. I wanted to cry and just told him I don't know WHERE I am! Where is he??? Finally, I decided to ask the crossing guard and he pointed me back into the terminal, another gracious employee told me to go downstairs by the escalator and he would show me, follow him. But when I could see where the escalators were he walked a different way. I just stood there, I thought, do I keep following him? I decided not to follow him and go to the escalator. Went down stairs and then I had to walk about 2,000 steps or so through the parking garage over to the Lyft and ride shares area. I had to wait another 40 minutes. It was very cold out (for a southerner), I did have a coat on, but still cold. There weren't any places to sit. My back hurts if I stand too long. I stood up against poles and cement post for 40 minutes. Finally my driver appeared. I was very discouraged and not excited anymore about my "new" car. This was an unfortunate situation. It ruined my whole buying experience. If I had known that was going to happen, I would have made sure the shuttle driver knew what he was talking about, although I guess it was my fault that I had not ordered a map of the airport and knew what would happen when I got there. I thought the car dealership was picking me up (but I thought it was weird to pick me up an hour away). So I was not prepared to know anything about being dropped off or picked up. By the time I got to the car dealer in Duluth, I was not conversational, I didn't want to look at anyone, I had cooled off in the car from being upset. I just got the keys and got in the car and drove off. The dealership and I are working on getting the key fobs to work, which for some reason they didn't as I drove off, and the usb and one of the chargers in the front didn't work either, I found out as I drove out. So, I will be happy when we get these things fixed. Just talked to one of the service guys in Duluth and he was very nice and helpful. I'll learn more later today.
