After three years of owning a BMW 435, CPM is the best
After three years of owning a BMW 435, CPM is the best dealership I've ever worked with. When I visited the dealership, Jeremy provided me with the best guidance for the one and only car I will ever drive.

All I can say is that this dealer fulfills their promises
All I can say is that this dealer fulfills their promises to customers. Last week, I received my new 2022 BMW X5 xDrive40i, thanks to Jeremy's speedy process. Will be back for sure, but have to save first.

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. 1) Cars.com did a prequalification. The dealer called me with great positive energy and told me to bring the prequal. When I got there, they didn't find it in the system and said he prequal was not helpful. 2) The young guy who went on the test drive with me was somewhat unhelpful in his approach during the test drive. Used language like "let's not waste each other's time" when I requested a soft pull on credit. 3) The car was not ready to leave the lot. Previous owner bumper sticker on it and sticky glue on the dashboard that looked like damage. While I know you can clean those items, it wasn't appealing. Car also had a yuck smell and they tried to put a "tree" scent in the back. 4) Tried to charge me $200 for a "prequal" that actually was about to be a hard pull. Manager was very rude pulling up my credit and going through my previous payments and how he perceived the bank would view me. Tried to "support" by saying that he wanted me to understand my monthly payments would be high but no one ever asked me what I was hoping to pay and what my monthly payments would be. We never even talked about actual numbers and what I was aiming for. And then saying things like "you're not putting down much" or that there wasn't much equity in my trade-in. Yes. I know. The atmosphere just didn't feel good. It felt shady. They didn't ask the right questions and are making too many assumptions about people who walk through the door. I came in fully knowing my credit situation and where that would put me and I didn't need schooling on my credit situation. Don't say good/bad credit if you aren't actually going to support people. I would have walked out ready to drive a car home as I traveled 2 hours in. I was an easy customer. I knew what I wanted and was ready to go. But they lost me on shady, poor customer service. Treat your customers better and assume less.

Do not go here.
Lied to me about pricing. Salesman kept saying 19k flat. Which makes no sense. Then took us in another room with owner who then jacked up the price by 6k more. Totally wasted 3 hours of my day by falsely leading us on.

They don’t need your hard earned money!
Please go there with your own finances meaning you have your loan and or money and U DONT HAVE TO GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY OFFER!!! Some of the extra charges they charge are a tad excessive and unnecessary!!! They aren’t professional especially Alan Zhu (finance manager) and Sammy Dahhan (he stated he’s the “General Manager”) they lack customer service and after they get your money and signature they’re disrespectful and try to tell you anything (because I wanted to cancel a service)

20% annual rate finance, broke down the first day
1. 20 % annual interest rate of finance, I can not believe my eyes. And they refuse to answer my call since I want to pay them in advance. 2. over 10000 dollars service fee. 3. The car's broke down the day I bought, does not work, refuse to return the car and every time I called them they are not there. 4. salesman lie to me about insurance and ask to to pay extra 1500 dollar to buy car insurance from them. I have picture evidence for every word I said, ask me I will show you

Don't waste your time
Contacted the dealer 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment for one of their vehicles. Amber confirmed the appointment and I made it clear I would be taking the car home that day and trading in my own if everything was in order, as I was driving from several hours away. Got to the dealership which had an overpowering smell of cologne. The receptionist was very nice, waited a few minutes, met with Anthony to check out the car. Photos didn't show the damage to the passenger side headlight, the hood marks, and various other issues. The inside wasn't cleaned, and the passenger side nothing worked (window, seat, blinkers). Finally the engine had a rattle, which I was told it had a multi-point inspection... well how would they inspect when we opened the hood and found cardboard and other trash items in that area? Wasted my time and money to drive down there and back, then Amber called asking when I would come back to the dealership! It seems to me they use an outside vendor to set up appointments but never actually check the cars and disregard anything you say. I didn't even get past the test drive because the car was a dud.

The lady kept tellin me every one was in a meeting
This place is stringing me along all day for a car that they don’t have in stock. I drove to Long Island wasting my time. I asked is the car in stock. No one was honest. Everyone lies just to get you there with the hopes to sell you on something else.

Not telling the truth about fees
I was very disappointed yesterday after driving for a few hours for nothing. Prior to my visit i called the dealership place to verify a price on 2021 QX80 and any additional dealer fees. They were insuring me that besides listed price, tax and registration fee there is nothing else. Well, once I set down, gave me information to them and about to leave a couple thousand dollars deposit i found out something interesting: listed price $33,982 reflect after $5,000 down payment ( never mentioned, nowhere noted on they website) + $ 4,000 for certified vehicle ( even vehicle had many issues). So, from $33,982 the price went quickly to $42,982 before tax and registration. They have a great system to attract many people with low listed tag price but once you there well overpaid for a vehicle. Save your time, don't wasted like i did.

DO NOT GO HERE
DO NOT GO HERE Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt however I should have walked away the minute I stepped foot on the property. Sketchy place On top all they wanted me to do is a credit application constantly attacking me to fill it out... when I asked for round about numbers the finance "manager" came out and started argueing with me that I had to put 50% down Also, was attacking me on my line of work but I told him that his numbers didn't make sense Also the car was $31,xxx he came out told me there was a $1,295 reconditioning fee I had to pay which made the car cost $33,xxx Told him to take it off, and then he told me then I can't get the car in the most disgusting way My opinion, I hope they go out of business they are the most nasty set of workers and owners I have ever met in my life, they should be lucky I don't file a discrimination charge on them
