Biggest scam ever for the year 2026 the hole car Dealership in in on taking your money junk fees committing fraud to insurance companies saying you have an house in eny state you want your license plates. When I say they are committing fraud Iam not lying
This place is a scam , fake advertising price, use low price got you to dealership, and when you try to buy car , they will only tell you monthly payment , not the cost of the car, treat people like a fool, don't trust monthly payment , calculator yourself, make sure everything nice and clear , if they advertise price is 15000, they will add 3000 dollars on service fee , at least mine was 17500, got out of door with 22000, , I understand a lot car dealership try to make money, but if you don't know when you doin , they probably will scam you, they try everything they can, keep you at dealership at least 4,5 hours , if you lose your energy, you will probably be agreed at the end , so stay away from this place, beware!!! If you want to experience it be my guess!!! And also just ask out of door price, don't let them use low price to get you to the dealership!!!!!!!

This has got to be the worst car buying experience ever. They don't return calls and just waste your time trying to even get a price or confirm the vehicle is available. Jay, the manager, is useless and Mario disappears after a couple calls. I was ready to buy the car and completed the credit application and never got a call back. Not sure what they have going on but I guess they dont need out of state transactions.

RUN!!! There is not enough space here to tell you how badly this dealer screwed me. Bought a 1 year old high end sports car. It had several road chips in the paint, in my contract it was agreed to have them fixed at dealers cost. Was supposed to take 2 days. After 11 days and multiple triple of over 200 miles round trip I picked up my car to see that they painted it with just some random white paint and not the proper paint from factory. They didn’t even sand down the condo. It literally looked like someone stuck white toothpaste on the car. Location manager and service manager both refused to do ANYTHING to fix it. Contacting my attorney and Bbb

The online communication was all misrepresented and false. The in person interactions were good but did not make up for false information.

Don’t waste your time and energy. They are lying. They advertised false information to get you there. Then they add another $6000. To the price

They had me there all afternoon. For over 4hrs and this was my worst experience to try and purchase a car. The price went from $12, 488. To over $17,000. They wanted me to purchase my insurance without knowing the price. Thanks God my son said that he needed to see the breakdown before he purchase the insurance. We were shocked when we saw the breakdown. Nothing near to their advertisement. If you want to get tricked, you could go there. We got up and left.

Extremely unprofessional establishment. They clearly outsource their phone reps, who either don’t communicate with the dealership or don’t know what’s actually happening. After multiple calls confirming availability and being told the Tesla was ready, I traveled over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. When I arrived, the assigned salesperson had no idea I was coming and the car was not even on the lot. After a 40-minute wait, the vehicle showed up in absolutely disgraceful condition—filthy, strong food odor, stains on the dashboard, sticky residue on the back seats, broken interior parts, and front tires completely worn out. Even the employee who brought the car said he had never seen a vehicle in this bad of a condition. Despite this embarrassment, they pushed me to “keep negotiating” and casually promised everything would be fixed “shortly,” even though it was obvious this would take days, not hours. Then the real scam started: hidden fees magically appeared—certification fees and a another fee for not having a trade-in—ballooning the price by about 30% over the advertised amount of 15K. After speaking with the salesperson and one manager, the final manager had the nerve to say, “I wish you had called before traveling.” I did call. Multiple times. Their outsourced rep explicitly told me all pricing details were only discussed in person—which is clearly how they bait customers into wasting time and money. No deal was made. I left with $200 in Amtrak expenses, zero car, and a strong recommendation to avoid this place entirely unless you enjoy bait-and-switch tactics and filthy vehicles. Of course they’ll reply saying “customer experience is our top priority” and that they “take feedback seriously.” That’s just copy-paste damage control. Don’t fall for it.
