Don’t waste your time and energy. They are lying. They advertised false information to get you there. Then they add another $6000. To the price

They had me there all afternoon. For over 4hrs and this was my worst experience to try and purchase a car. The price went from $12, 488. To over $17,000. They wanted me to purchase my insurance without knowing the price. Thanks God my son said that he needed to see the breakdown before he purchase the insurance. We were shocked when we saw the breakdown. Nothing near to their advertisement. If you want to get tricked, you could go there. We got up and left.

Horrible dealership they’re a scam. They haven’t answering service and you never talk to Anyone at the dealership they just want to get you to come in they don’t return messages and the prices are not listed correctly. Do not trust at all.

Don’t waste your time with these people. I didn’t make the mistake that everyone else did. Because I’m out of state I asked to see how much the car would cost all in. All they want me to do is ““ come on down“. They will scam you when you get there. BUYER BEWARE

This dealership is a complete scam. I was given a 10:00 appointment today to test a Mercedes EQS 450 after waiting over 10 days for someone to answer my calls. Mr. Dahan swore the car was available and ready — so I drove 5 HOURS from DC — only to discover the car had been in a severe accident and wasn’t available at all. No apology, no professionalism, just a careless “it’s no longer available.” This place is dishonest, disrespectful, and a total fraud. Stay far away.

Don't waste your time on this dealer. We had an appointment to see a car. Ken, the employee, was calling all day and asking "when are we coming" and that the car is ready to see and test drive. When we arrived towards the evening after speaking to Ken 10 minutes prior, the car nor Ken wasn't at the lot to see. The car apparently was in service. We came long way to see the car. What a waste of time. Never again.

Agreed on a set price when I got there they up CNN argues me $8,000 for a vehicle that was $10,998 went to check out the price was $18,998 or something like that. Bait and switch scam do not waste ya time. Don’t let them charge you $5,000 xxxxxxxx inspection and $3,000 in broker fees what!!! Or they a do some xxxx like u have to buy the warranty w the car for $6000 weeks can’t sell u the car without. I reported them to the attorney general, BBB, and consumer rights protection group hopefully they won’t be doing it for too much longer

DO NOT TRUST!!! Wasted 2 trips to see a Jeep that is listed at both of their loctions. Magically the car "just sold" when we arrived. Due to the fact that it was over an hour to get to the location(s), we inquired whether the car was present and was available. Both times, we were told yes, the car was there and was still available. Not sure what the deal is, but I would NEVER trust them again.
