Great service today on tire rotation. Have used this service center for years on 2 Toyota vehicles requiring just about every service available. Your vehicle always leaves safe to drive. Service desk customer service is always friendly and accomodating. Keeps you updated it any major issues. Clean waiting area with complimentary coffee and water.

If your looking for a vehicle make sure West Herr Toyota is on the list in Canandaigua. By far the best easy process to get you in the vehicle of your choice. Chuck, Mike and Javon made you feel comfortable and with no pressure other than making sure all your concerns were covered. Best way to put it that most people can relate to - 1st time taking your family to Disney and how they treat you like you can’t wait to go back. Very quick service. Took the car in for 10,000 mile oil change. They also removed my snow tires and mounted and balanced my all weather radials. 4 stars because I as not able to schedule an appt online and more significantly I was charged a $10.00 NYS Waste Tire Fee. This was not included in the estimate that I was quoted when I arrived. Additionally, I arrived with 8 tires and I left with the same 8 tires. No fee should have been charged since I did not purchase tires nor did I leave tires to be disposed. I dislike these (admittedly) small but dishonest behaviors.

My service was done in a very professional manner. I couldn’t be happier with West Herr Toyota.

Pros: Communication and reasonable negotiations. Friendliness and understanding. Fast paperwork and quick purchase. Cons: Not really a con, just waiting for my owners manual for pick up. Nick and Paul were great to work with and I bought my vehicle at a lower than asking price! Great work guys! Thank you!

Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous , I was not expecting the high cost of an oil change and tire rotation.Being retired on a fixed income unfortunately will need to look elsewhere for that service

I had my 4 runner serviced today and did an excellent job these guys are amazing !
