DeYarman Ford Dealership Review
My Son in Law bought a vehicle here and due to his wonderful experience he recommended that his Bother in law buy a car here and yes vehicles #2 was purchased from the same dealer. Because of the professionalism that both our children received we followed in their footsteps and bought VEHICLE #3. It became a family affair! All because of the experience our children received. I am confident that we will be purchasing vehicles from here for a long time !

Not recommended
It started out great. Then turned into a bad experience. I got my 3rd pick I liked but when asking them the price, I was never told the price until I seen it on paper. They never followed through with the discount promised for hospital worker. Then when I was going to go with my bank for my financing and warranty it was a Hassel. I was treated very poorly. Then not even a month later I am putting new tires on cause the control arms are bad. I trusted these people and I was almost 3 hours from my mechanic so it's not like I could have an inspection done. The sales guy I originally dealt with was great. But I will not go back. Even when I made my decision it was all these personal questions about interest rate and what are they doing for you? Well, it shouldn't of matter. It's my decision and to think it's OK to ask those questions is unprofessional. And treated very rudely when I wanted to make my changes. They don't take care you the customers once the papers are signed. I will not send anyone else there.

Not a pleasant experience.
Not a pleasant experience. They are sneaky about trying to get you to buy the add on items. Once they get your money they are done with you contrary to what they say they are about before the sale.

Best Customer Service
I highly recommend working with Deyarman Ford. They are very professional and respectful with everything they do especially comminicating with you, the customer. I was looking for a vehicle and these folks went above and beyond with me wanting to find something that I might want. Even with how the economy is right now they still manage to care for customers and ask the ins and outs of what kind of car you may want, and what year you may want. That to me is customer service. I also want to add they are persistent in the best way possible. I had called once about a car and they gave me a better option of a car that I may want to own instead. Being able to communicate like that is important and shows you they care. Don't hesitate, take a chance and give DeYarman a call. By far the best customer service I have had from any car dealership in the past 10 years.

DeYarman Ford
I purchased the truck on a Friday evening and the whole office seemed like they couldn?t get out of the place fast enough. It also took a ful week to get a cracked windshield replaced . I never saw the regular sale person after the Friday evening purchase
