2015 Ford Focus. Real good service. Quick and they checked everything Rotated the tires We didn't need an appointment. And there was no charge Happy customer

Great Service - Awesome Staff

Service was on time as scheduled, completing the work and checked with me regarding changing filters while vehicle was being serviced. Always friendly and helpful!

Helpful in what looking forward to, step-by-step. The importance of a great team of workers benefits the total experience. Selection of vehicles for each individuals experiences is a plus. Having the correct tools and space to provide the carrying is a bonus in the various selection available today.

Top notch

The service department made an appointment for me the day after I called and the 35,000 mile service on my wife's 2014 fusion hybrid was performed in an hour or so while I waited. The service adviser gave me a rundown on remaining brake pad life etc. and the cashier advised me about an available rebate for the service visit and offered to handle the paperwork and have the rebate mailed to me. Nice. I love Jack Byrne's!

Great service

Jack Byrne Quick Lane service is always outstanding. Marie is amazing and her mechanics are caring and know Ford products. Marie is one of the main reasons we acquired our 2012 Ford Explorer. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that employs such quality individuals. She is a money maker for your dealership!

Customer Service Survey

2013 Ford Taurus bought used with approx. 13,000 miles in March 2014. Service was done in a timely fashon. Staff was great and answered my questions. Coffee was excellent and Mr. Jack Byrne himself brought me the daily paper. You have a very satisfied customer. Keep up the good work.

I called Jack Byrnes to see if I was covered for my first oil change nd was advised that is was not covered. So took my car to Walmart for my first oil change they found a leak in the passanger axle -- so they would not touch the car. I was very happy to return to Jack Byrne and find out my first oil change was free with the recall on the car and was able to ge this fixed good job!!
