My service advisor was friendly and professional.

My service advisor was friendly and professional. My issue was not resolved. Eventhough my concern was stated when the appointment was made and again when the car was dropped off. Im disappointed.

Colton was awesome and made the process enjoyable!

Colton was awesome and made the process enjoyable! The dealership as a whole could have done a better job of having things finished prior to the day of purchase. I was coming from out of state and was told it would be a quick exchange. Ended up being 5 1/2 hours and not the best experience. I wasn’t super impressed with Ford as a whole. Although, the employees were wonderful for the most part and I love the vehicle.
