Update to previous negative review. Spoke with JP at Auto House of Bloomington about difficulties with Honda Odyssey. JP and Auto House of Bloomington Illinois take their reputation seriously and they made the difficulties I was experiencing right. They went above and beyond to see to it that I was a completely and totally satisfied consumer. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle with no hesitation.

I bought a BMW from Steve at Auto House of Bloomington in August of 2022. Steve goes beyond to assist the customer. I had a leak inside the vehicle. I took the BMW to a BMW dealership and the charges would have been $5,000 to $15,000. Steve assisted me in providing a vehicle that I could drive while they were working on the BMW to fix the problem. I paid less than a $1,000. Steve cares for the customers.
