Service Work

Excellent service, great communication from Service worker (Dallas) informed me of status of car completion, explain work recommendation in detail, I can’t forget complimentary car wash!!

Excellent Dealership

Exceptional Experience!!

This was my 2nd vehicle from Southwest Infiniti and once again I left feeling extremely pleased with my experience. My salesperson, Mily, was very patient. When I had questions she was very prompt getting back to me. She even answered my messages on her days off!! The team at the dealership were equally welcoming while I was there going out if their way to engage. It was an awesome experience from top to bottom!! Thank you Southwest Infiniti for truly taking time to ensure that I left without a doubt on where my next Infiniti will come from!!

Southwest Infiniti service

Southwest Infiniti provides a fantastic service experience. I own two QX80s, and the dealership has done a great job maintaining both for me. My service rep looks for opportunities to apply dealer coupons, manage costs and advises on repairs that are needed versus those less critical so I can decide when certain repairs are performed. My car is always washed when I pick it up. The video inspection the tech performs of my vehicle is helpful in that it differentiates between seriousness of issues and which repair costs can be addressed later. Very pleased with the dealerships service team and strategy.

Trustworthy dealership
