We had a great experience at the North Houston AutoSavvy location on Hwy 290. We came to the dealership with some apprehension about the branded title business focus, but, like most people, we were very interested in getting a later model vehicle with low mileage for a good price. Upon entering, we met the salesperson, Adriana, who was very attentive, and at the same time did not make us feel any pressure. We selected a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 and asked the general manager, Sean, if we could take it to our mechanic to make sure everything was okay. He said, "No problem", and we made arrangements and took the truck to a Dodge dealership for a thorough inspection. This was very important to us, and was a significant sign of the integrity of the AutoSavvy organization in general and this dealership/general manager in particular. The Dodge Service department found a few small things, and when we returned to AutoSavvy and showed the report to Sean, he said he would take care of these items. He did what he said he would do, and we bought the truck. Even the purchase process with Tabitha was quick and efficient. It has been a month since we drove off the lot in our truck. We have put 1,500 miles on it and we are very happy with our purchase. We cannot say enough about how good the people are at this AutoSavvy location. Many thanks to Adriana, Sean and Tabitha for their attention, professionalism, honesty and integrity that lead us to our purchase, and now enjoyment, of our truck. If you are looking for a late model vehicle at a great price, we highly recommend this location and these people to start your search.

Good pricing on a vehicle But spent to much time at dealership making the deal They had all the info they needed and still took over 3 hours with an appointment Also the car was not cleaned up nor was it checkout
