I couldn't be happier with my new CX-50 and the
I couldn't be happier with my new CX-50 and the experience at Hello Mazda of Valencia CA. Evan Kelley helped me and he is quite knowledgeable about the cars and all of the features on each trim level. He is very kind and there was no pressure. I decided I wanted to work with him because of his kindness and positive fun energy. He also sent me a video of another vehicle I was considering. The video was professional, thorough and enjoyable. He was able to answer all of my questions and I had many. I came in with a spreadsheet of all the different makes, models and trim levels I was looking at. After I left Mazda I took about another week or so to go to many other dealers and look at and drive other makes. Acura, Lexus, Subaru and Toyota. It came down to Mazda. Then I had to decide which Model. CX-50 has a few advantages over other models. The CX-50 is the first Mazda with a panoramic sunroof. Which I have on my truck and my sedan and really wanted on my SUV. The design of the CX-50 is much sportier than the CX-5. The handling is phenomenal. We finished everything up and I took home the car from the showroom floor. Brenton Laughlin who is the sales manager introduced himself to me. He is very personable and made me feel comfortable. So with Evan and Brenton it was a very pleasurable experience. The process was seamless without pressure. They really worked with me. There isn't a separate finance department where they strong arm you into adding things. I'm sure I will have a long relationship with Hello Mazda of Valencia.

Overpriced services on simple oil change and tire
Overpriced services on simple oil change and tire rotation (I paid $134.83) vs same service for my Toyota RAV4 (paid $53) they didn’t even offer a service coupon special (104.95) also they overcharged cabin air filter ($54 vs $25) and engine air filter ($41.77 vs $28.95) make sure to shop around for OEM parts online (eg. Mazda wholesale direct)

I had a great experience once again working with Alondra
I had a great experience once again working with Alondra and Daisy. Alondra helped get me checked in at the end of the day when they were about to close, she treated me with respect and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden bringing my car in right before closing. Daisy took over the following days and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She communicated clearly about the needs of my car and went above and beyond to help me get some coverage for an item. No matter who has helped me, whether Alondra, Daisy, Randy and even Alex they have done so in a way that keeps coming back and driving miles to their specific dealership. I have 2 dealerships that are closer but they have not measured up to their level of service.

My representative was exceptionally. She promptly took my car in and offered me a service car while they worked on my car. Her estimate of 2-hours was on point. She informed me of possible upgrade if I do decide to address at this time. Her service was outstanding!
