Lithia Nissan of Ames

I have always had Excellent Service at Lithia Nissan of Ames. I have leased 2 vehicles and bought one for myself and daughters and would not go anywhere else. Susan the receptionist is always very cheerful and pleasant and makes your day. Jeff in Service always explains everything and is very knowledgeable and nice. The service guys do a great job in a timely fashion and you don't have to wait.Brian well what can we say. He is excellent. He is very patient , understanding and is always willing to take the time to give you the best deal. He is not a pushy salesman . He understood what we needed and was able to provide that quality product. On Business end it was so nice not to have someone that is not pushy and making you buy all the products that are not necessary for the extra money, Thanks Scott. Also so glad Brian and Jeff came hack to Lithia , it is one of the reasons I stay . I would recommend this dealership always.

I bought a Versa SV here and the salesman was very helpful. He helped me to carry a lot stuffs to my new car and explained the function of the car to me in detail. I would recommend this dealer for sure.

My experience was favorable. I had worked with Lithia Nissan of Ames before when servicing another Altima and had a pleasant experience so that is why I returned for a purchase. They stayed past normal hours on a Friday to complete the sale.
