Lithia Nissan of Ames

After 10 years, I decided it was time to get a new car. I love the Juke's look, sportiness, and AWD feature, so I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. The Juke I was looking at was waiting outside, running, for my test drive (which was greatly appreciated given the well below-freezing temps). After that, we went through negotiations and the sales process, which went smoothly, fair, and surprisingly not stressful. Every single person we worked with was fantastic. They really made us feel like we were at a small-town dealership and that they appreciated us. While I hope my Juke lasts me another 10 years, I hope to buy the next vehicle from them. Well worth the experience.

Bought a new 2014 Altima from Doug Krogman at Lithia Nissan of Ames and could not be happier with the experience. I called him with the details for the car I was looking for, he located it, went and got it, and completed the deal at a very fair price with no surprises. When we arrived, the car was ready as promised, paperwork was in order, and the transaction was smooth. He spent the necessary time to explain the features of the vehicle, explain all documents, and even paired my phone to the nav system via Bluetooth. A very pleasant experience dealing with Doug A+++++ job.

Greg Schwaller is an excellent car salesman. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and an effective, no-pressure salesman. During the actual sales process, I told him what I wanted and the price I wanted and he delivered with none of the usual games that I have run into at other dealerships.

Randy was very helpful in showing me the cars within my price range and ultimately finding the car I took home. He was very friendly and caring, and wanted to make sure I was happy with my car, not that I got the most expensive car. I really appreciated that! He also called to check up on how the car was working for me, and called again a few weeks later to check to make sure my appointment to get the protective coating done went well.
