Dishonest and unethical.

Dishonest and unethical. I was working with a person in the service department who quoted me a price over the telephone for several things I wanted done to my truck, including changing the plugs and coils. I explicitly stated, “I would like for the plugs and coils to be replaced.” She said okay and that she would send me an email with the quoted price and work to be done. I didn’t receive an email so I called her back the next day and asked her to send me the email we had discussed. She said she would, but again, no email. When I went to pick up my truck, she listed the things they had done and handed me an invoice. She didn’t mention the coils, so I specifically remember asking her, “And did they change the coils, too?” She looked at the computer and said yes. I noticed my truck was still driving rough and checked the coils… it still had the original manufactures’ coils from 20 years and 108,000 miles ago. I called and left a message for the person I was working with to call me back. No call back that day. She hadn’t called by noon the next day, so I called again and left another message. She still hadn’t called me back on the third day, so I called again and finally got her on the phone. I explained what was going on, but she didn’t take any responsibility for what she had told me they would do. When I challenged her on that she kept trying to avoid responsibility and find other ways to take more of my money. Then she hung up on me, so I immediately went up there to talk with her boss. No managers were there, so another person gave me the same treatment, basically telling me I’d still have to pay nine hundred something dollars (on top of the $2,250 I had already paid) to have the coils changed and that they’d be doing me a favor at that price! I told her that was unacceptable. If they checked the recorded telephone call, they would find that a Stokes Hodges Ford service center employee had quoted me a price for a job, and I wanted the whole job done and that if there was a mistake, they should eat the loss, not me. She kept saying the same thing and that I would have to pay more to get the job done. She said her managers would say the same thing. I told her that was xx, they were liars and crooks, and I left.

This dealership doesn’t seem to want to sell cars. The 2x I have been here I literally have to hunt down a salesperson and I wanted to look at this car that I saw on internet they claim to have sold it, yet it was still on lot I rechecked the next day the car is still on site but for $8000 more then the initial listing.

My experience at this Ford dealership was beyond

My experience at this Ford dealership was beyond disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment to view a specific truck and took time off work to be there. Despite confirming my appointment, I arrived only to be informed that the truck had already been sold. The lack of communication and disregard for my time was completely unprofessional. They wasted my time and money by not informing me in advance. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this dealership. I would strongly advise against dealing with them. Find a dealership that respects your time and communicates effectively. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

After having some issues with my car the sale manager

After having some issues with my car the sale manager Kyle Hemion immediately wanted to fix this problem and made sure everything was taken care off. Very professional and understanding. My car is perfect now and I love it. Every dealership needs a man like Kyle. Thank you for your quick response to make this right but mostly for your kindness.. Dawn.

I took my vehicle in for a standard service (non air conditioner related) and my AC did not blow cold when i got my truck back. This is the 3 time this exact same thing has happened. This never happened when I have taken my vehicle to another FORD dealership just 3 weeks eairlier for another simular service. I truly think they GENERATE service calls by messing with my AC by tampering with the unit while they have it.

This is a general online sales disappointment.

This is a general online sales disappointment. So, a few of their sales team post ads on their 'personal' Facebook accounts in Marketplace to drive sales. Problem is, at least one (initials E.L.) is posting false ads to generate interest (bait and switch). When I direct messaged E.L. last night, he replied with this, "That ad was not meant for that specific vehicle (pictured) it was to gain traction." They should do better. A manager should train or at least monitor what their sales staff are doing before someone hits them with the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practice Act, Section 39-5-10, which carries a civil penalty of $5,000 each occurrence.
