My car purchase experience at EchoPark car dealer

EchoPark dealership located in Baltimore Maryland is a very nice and place with great personal and staff. However I am posting this reviews because I am not happy with my recent car purchasing in that location. The car they sold me didn?t come with all the features described and when I reached out they couldn?t do nothing than trying to sell me another car more expensive. Furthermore, the car has a grinding rubbing noise coming from the cabin, a Toyota Camry 2021 SE, and I noticed this when was driving on the highway. When they scheduled a service with the mechanic, they said the noise will go away itself and it?s a tread related to the tires. When This weird and loud noise still persisting, I told them it?s an issue related to the wheel bearing. Unfortunately they ignored the problem even I was still in a dealer warranty period and they just asked me to get fixed the issue at a Toyota dealership. Just be aware when buying a car over there.

The two guys I dealt with in Baltimore were really cool, they explained everything out to me and I really enjoyed their conversation that they had with me while I waited even the guy who washed my car came over to speak and thank me for my purchase. When I left I felt like I made some new friends

Terrible customer service

I'd give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! they'll push you towards a credit application, say they'll hold it and then sell it. After all the negotiations we finally come to agreement, two hours before I go pick it up they sell it out from under me. So now I have 4 hard inquires on my credit and no car. they could careless about customer service.

Joe, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around.

Waste of time and felt insulted.

Very bad. They insult customers and probably don't even understand that they loose business. When we refused to buy the extended warranty we were told we should maybe buy a cheaper car so that we can afford the warranty. Please be careful they might ask you to pay with your debit card and will also want you to provide them with the PIN. Salesman asked if we have insurance for our phone and when we said NO he stated that we like to gamble in each transaction.

Excellent experience!!

Excellent pricing. Very friendly staff. Clean cars and facilities. Highly recommend this business. Very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and the market. Will definitely come back!! Last 15 cars in 10 years were from Carmax. ECHO beat their prices substantially and customer service was excellent!! Thanks Reggie and Anna for making it a pleasure to purchase a vehicle!
