Great experience!!! They worked really hard to g

They worked really hard to get my mom in a good car. She on a fix income and they did whatever it took to get her in it with no pressure and no games.

WORST DEALER EVER

Do not buy from these people. They have no idea what the xxxx they are doing. My husband drive from western NY to test drive the car I wanted. Everything went well so I decided to buy. I was told that the car would arrive by Wednesday so I got rid of my old car. Long story short.. I didn't get my car till Sunday. Something always came up as to why it couldn't be delivered. Finally Sunday night around 6:30 the car came. Thinking that they would have filled the tank like any normal dealer would, I took it for a spin around the block. It ran out of gas a mile from my home. I told them they delivered the car on empty and their response was "sorry, we thought the lot attendant filled it". I then am told that I would not get my plates for 5 months because of COVID. They said they would send the documents to my local DMV so that my plates would come sooner. Today I got a call from the DMV saying that the dealership didn't pay the correct amount to them and I would still owe $449.80!!!! I then told the dealership this and their response was "I'm not sure why they would need more however that would be owed from you". These people have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT BUY FROMM THEM!!!!!!!!

Best Experience yet

By far the best car buying process I have ever been through. Was helped by an individual named Michael who was very knowledgeable about all the products, was very upfront and honest, about the process, and most importantly went above and beyond to help me get the right vehicle for me in a timely manner. I will only be shopping for cars here in the future and will recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Sold me a lemon, cut and ran!

Where to begin? I desired to purchase a 2018 Kia Soul EV out of state from Carbiz Autos. Not only did they explicitly lie to me regarding negotiating the warranty, they delivered to me a car that has been wrought with issues since I took the delivery. When I attempted to return the car, it was then and only then that they pointed me to their "fine print" 200 mile limit for their returns. Since then, the vehicle has been at the manufacturer dealer for over a month, trying to fix brake knocks, the A/C going out intermittently, and an infotainment system on the fritz. Thank you Carbiz for passing your lemon on to me!

Smooth, easy and enjoyable experience.

Fred at Baltimore Carbiz was a joy to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The process was smooth as can be since we only deal with Fred from start to finish. The facility was clean and very modern. No-haggle dealerships are the way to go, in my opinion, and they really cut down on the mental stress and time spent finalizing the deal. Highly recommended.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

So I went to take my Lexus there to trade in. Every other dealership said they would give $17k Javier there said 13k. The way they justify this, is by doing a KBB in the back office (base models of the car) and bring you out your car without any features.

We're really transparent in our appraisal process at Carbiz. If you want to know how much your vehicle is worth before coming to the dealership or buying online, it's easy! Just go to carbiz.com, click "Sell/Trade" at the top of the page, and upload the VIN #, pictures, and description of the vehicle. Our lead appraiser will assign a value that is valid either to sell your vehicle outright or as a trade in. Syed was awesome. Very professional and efficient. Got a preowned Tesla which are hard to find. Super clean. Runs great. There was only one key but they brought the second key in the next day. Highly recommended!
