Can't go wrong with Dani at Serra

Always get prompt, courteous, and informative service through Dani Weir. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended! I always get scheduled with ease and at my convenience.

Scheduled Maintenance

Always a pleasure working with Dani, she always gets me scheduled promptly and takes the time to go over all that was done and makes good recommendations for future service or needed maintenance!

Service Department - Daniela Weir!

I love all of my experiences with Dani!! She is always very welcoming when I call, and then ultimately when I show up with my Subaru!! She handles all my needs with such ease, and has never been anything less than warm, welcoming, and informational to me! Would absolutely hands down, recommend any Subaru owner to seek Dani out and have her as their Service Advisor!!!!!!!

Fantastic Buying Experience

Our experience with James @ Serra was fantastic. He did not pressure us and there were no odd car salesman tactics. I would describe James as courteous, honest, and a consummate professional. He listened to our needs and provided multiple vehicle options without pushing us to one car over another. Once the sale was complete James went out of his way to ensure we were educated on our new Outback's features and capabilities. He even sent us messages to ensure we were happy with the purchase and offered further assistance/education with the car's technology package if needed. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I know he is primarily focused on Volvo, but he can assist you with any vehicle sold by Serra. He will be my first call the next time I need a vehicle.

Daniela is awesome!

Daniela works in the service department and is very friendly! She greets her customers with a pleasant smile. She was very helpful and easy to work with on getting my car serviced and a small repair made. Definitely would highly recommend her!

Great experience!

Todor was and awesome sales advisor to work with during the purchase of buying my Subaru. He was informed, communicative, and honest throughout the process. He worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted and didn't pressure me into making any decisions along the way. If I had any feedback for Todor, it would be to know more about the cars from a technical and historical standpoint. We were offered an $800 Glasscoat warranty and declined it during the purchasing process, only to get the car and find out there was already a Glasscoat policy purchased for the car and was easily transferable to my name. While I doubt that Todor knew about the existing warranty when he consulted me about a new one, a simple check would have told him what it took me about 10 minutes to learn and then capitalize on. Overall GREAT experience with Todor and with Serra Subaru of Traverse City.

Routine service visit at Serra Subaru

As always, Daniela Weir was professional and friendly, making the check-in and check-out experience very pleasant. The service itself was done quite quickly, and I was kept informed of progress.

We have confidence in Serra and their great people

We always are very well taken care of. They are always courteous, professional and they know their stuff! Every person there treats us as valued customers. Our latest experience was with Service Advisor Jaimie Boudrie and he was great. We always feel good and confident about taking our cars to Serra.
