I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new SUV from Hyundai of New Port Richey, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. This dealership near me, conveniently located in near Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tampa, and Land O Lakes, Florida, exceeded my expectations in every way, from their impressive selection of 3-row SUVs to their top-notch customer service and unbeatable financing offers with low APR. If you’re searching for a dealership that embodies trust, honesty, and exceptional service, look no further. I was specifically in the market for a 3-row SUV packed with the latest tech, and Hyundai of New Port Richey delivered. I ended up driving home in a 2025 Hyundai Palisade, which comes loaded with incredible features like a luxury interior comfort, a premium Harman Kardon sound system, advanced safety features, blind spot monitor, surround view monitor, and highway assist. These advanced technologies make every drive safer and more enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Initially, I compared the 2024 vs 2025 Pallisade & Telluride models from Kia, as well as Kia vs Hyundai overall. While the 2025 Telluride offers some similar features & engine, I found the Palisade’s features are more advanced and Hyundai’s exclusive service to be the perfect fit for my needs—especially with the outstanding support from this dealership. What really stood out to me was how easy and transparent the process was from start to finish. I began my search online, using TrueCar and Auto Trader to get a fast online quote. The online quote accuracy was spot-on, and the financing offers they provided included a low APR that made my dream SUV affordable. Shaun, Lily, Frank, and Pam are Awesome!! All of them are professional, upbeat, funny, and most of all honest. I don't have to ever worry about my car or the price for repairs. They always provide me with a heads up on what my next repair/maint. will be so I can budget for it. My 2015 Sonata Sport has 279,000 miles on everything except the engine. Before the engine was replaced because of a recall, I had 177,000 miles on it. I drive from Tampa to this dealership because of the service I receive from the people able down to the techs in the shop. Thank you ALL for keeping me on teh Road

Tried selling me $2800 worth of service when they know
Tried selling me $2800 worth of service when they know the engine is malfunctioning due to oil issues. Come to find out the 2017 Sonatas are notorious for needing engines replaced. I did not know that at time of purchase. I spoke to Hyundai Consumer Affairs and they walked me through the proper protocol for engine replacement - this dealership did not follow protocol, they just tried upselling service. Then tried telling me that because I was not the original owner Hyundai would not replace the engine anyway. Hyundai issued an Extended Warranty on the Rod Bearring in the engines of these 2017 Sonatas because they were failing. And what is the result of a faulty Rod Bearing? A malfunctioning rod bearing can lead to both oil consumption and leakage. If rod bearings fail, they can cause the engine to burn oil, and they can also CREATE oil leaks due to wear and tear on the connecting rod components. They allow oil to bypass the piston rings and enter the combustion chamber where it is burned off. But hey - what do I know? I have bought six (6) vehicles from this dealership and this is how they treat a loyal customer. I am done with them - not that they care - and will never purchase from Hyundai of New Port Richey again!!
